“Love this place!”

“Clean and great staff. Beds were a bit uncomfortable ”

“I was told that I needed to empty my trash into the dumpster myself. Being GF I found nothing to eat at breakfast that was not gluten. Coffee available but if you wanted juice you had to buy it from the vending machine. No utensils, so I had to use my bottle cap to scoop up the microwave egg breakfast I bought at Walmart.”

“Experience was good. Nothing that stuck out as bad, or extraordinary. ”

“Sheets were very distressed. Ants in our room. ”

“Leaking water in bathroom from above floor, pool cold and area not very well kept up. Breakfast was ok. But would not stay here again. Was an interesting stay to say the least. ”

“Breakfast was decent and always stocked. The room was clean an beds comfortable it the TV remote didn’t work right, the phone wasn’t working and the hot tub wasn’t working. Apparently they are having renovations but that wasn’t listed where you read about the hotel you really have to read all the fine print. When we tried to call the front desk about the remote we realized the phone was t working. We then went to the front desk to ask about it. We were told “oh maintenance doesn’t work weekends……

“There was mud down the hallway and no soap in the shower dispenser but there were two used bars of soap still in the soap dish in the shower”

“We had to switch rooms twice before there was clean bedding. Our toilet was covered in pee. The bedding was stained an it just was not a good experience. I booked through Expedia and they called to try to sort it out for me but the refused to refund anything just offered to switch our room yet again. So we booked with a different hotel the rest of our trip. ”

“Room was clean and the place was quiet even though it was full. Staff were super helpful and friendly. ”

“The water in the washbasin in Room 225 is blocked.”

“Our room wasn’t exactly the cleanest. It looked like there was some “passion” up in there. There were hand prints all over the window, all over both headboards, and what looked like butt prints on the headboards, as well. There were dead bugs in the ceiling light fixtures. We didn’t want any living creatures in our room so we were hoping they were dead! There were no other rooms available as the hotel was sold out. My kids and I went out and bought Clorox wipes to clean what housekeeping……

“Room was not very clean - hair in bathroom by toilet, sink & on the side of the shower wall. Bathroom sink was not wiped down Very ”

“The showers were ice cold. The property is run down. ”

“I had booked and paid for a room online, check in is at 3 pm. I arrived at 5pm and was told the rooms weren’t ready and wouldn’t be until 6:30 or so. They then told me to just wait in the lobby or come back later. So I hung around for about 45 minutes but I had an event I had to be at by 6pm, and ended up having to change clothes and get ready in the lobby bathroom. My room still wasn’t ready after this, so I brought my bag back to my vehicle and went to my event. When I came back after my event……

“The pool was closed down and there was no discount or compensation given. They also were not that kind as a staff. It does sit in a very convenient location. ”
