「The stay was nice, place was clean, fair price, and great location. The host was quick to respond. The booking and check-in process are unnecessarily difficult- sending instructions a hour before is not sufficient for people traveling from out of town. Please consider sending 12 or 24 hours in advance like other rentals.Very basic amenities. Not recommended for anyone infirm since the building is old and the stairs reflect the age. There is a hand rail inside. 」

「The location and property are great. Everything is in walking distance. The property itself was very clean and nice. Only reason not 5 stars was the noise. The trains run right outside the windows so sleeping is difficult. They do offer ear plugs and noise machine but the trains are so loud that it didn't work for me.」

「A beautiful, spacious place in a quiet, safe neighborhood, close to the CTA, restaurants and shops. It’s so difficult to find a rental in Chicago with enough beds but this is the perfect place to come together with family and friends. The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful before and throughout the stay. I highly recommend Magic Factory Lofts to anyone coming to visit the city with a large group. 」

「Such an awesome location and great space. Right off Michigan ave but the bedrooms are placed perfectly so you don’t get a lot of noise. The kitchen was set up for fun family dinners with a really nice dining room table. The hosts were very responsive to questions and requests. The whole unit was very clean. The parking is a few blocks away but we travel to Chicago a lot and would much rather park a few blocks away in a secure parking lot for free than find way more expensive parking on our...
