A beautiful house and warm welcome

We had a wonderful stay here enjoying the beautiful terrace and pool, and the warm welcome by Marc.Location is perfect near the river, and the house itself is spacious, endearing and comfortable.

House in Roquebrun

Lovely location - right by the river - perfect for adults, teenagers, kids and dogs. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance. Very pretty. House is nice but could definitely benefit from a bit of a spruce. Garden furniture all needs a good clean - tatty cushions outside. Kitchen well equipped for 14 although missing any large glasses. Pillows on beds need updating. No air conditioning which made it difficult on hot days/nights but lots of fans provided. Good area for dining. Pool quite small and no pool lights for evenings. Rubbish needs to be sorted into recyclable and general waste - and basically taken out every day - we were not provided with the key card to access the larger hatch for general waste - which meant posting individual bits through a small postbox contraption in the side. Plenty of space for 12. Kayaking very close and a lovely way to spend the day.

Great location, good amenities

The house is well organized and can fit 14 people with no issues (three bathrooms, separated WC, large common spaces). The village by the house is beautiful and very animated during the summer.

Great week

We stayed in the house for a week with relatives, the house is superb. The property manager and also the caretaker Marc with family is so nice. If there is any questions they answer quick and in a good way. The house is in perfect condition and with a really nice pool. The area is good, approx 100 m away the river is with great swimming. We did kayaking in the river, canyoning in the nearby gorges and finally bought good wine from the vineyards. I really recommand this place

Maison ideale pour 3 couples avec 6 ado, avec le rdc dédié pour eux.Vu superbe depuis la terrasse. Piscine nickel pour se rafraichir. Plein de choses à faire à roquebrun et autour de roquebrun (velo, vtt, canoe, rando dans les piscines naturelles, mer , ...).Quelques améliorations à faire pour passer encore un meilleur sejour (parasol pour l apres midi et soleil couchant).Nous n avons pas été déçus par rapport à la description.

Niet zo proper als verwacht! Het regende gewoon binnen en sommige bedden/slaapkamers waren gewoon nat van de regen. De eigenaar beloofde een compensatie maar nooit meer iets van gehoord! Zou deze woning jammer genoeg niet aanraden!

Villa spacieuse dans un beau cadre

Villa spacieuse et agréable suffisante pour 13 personnes. Le paysage est magnifique et la piscine est top surtout avec la nage a contre courant. L’hote nous accueillant est très cordial et chaleureux. Nous avons regretté le stationnement au garage pas simple a cause de la circulation, la chaleur en plein été qui mériterait une climatisation compte tenu de son emplacement et un bout de verdure inexistant mais difficile a avoir dans cette région

Nous avons apprécier notre séjour. Nombres de chambre suffisantes, vaisselles suffisante. La maison est grande est spacieuse. Le poil est très agréable tout comme la présence d'une plancha sur la terrasse. La vue est aussi magnifique. Cependant cela mériterai un petit rafraichissement, quelques infiltrations d'eau au niveau de la toiture et également dans certaines chambres. La douche du rez de chausée ne fonctionnait pas tout comme la machine à laver le linge. Également un problème avec la chasse d'eau du 2ème étage. Il serait bien aussi de spécifié que le bain a remous est dans la piscine ce qui n'était pas spécifié dans l'annonce.

La maison est spacieuse. Repartis sur trois étages, les différents espaces permettent à chacun de trouver l’endroit adapté à son activité : jouer de la guitare à l’étage, regarder un film (nombreux dvd à disposition) dans l’espace vidéo, se reposer dans sa chambre au rea de chaussée… Le village est pittoresque avec sa tour et le jardin méditerranéen. Non loin, les gorges d’Heric, Les caves à vins et les forêts à champignon…

Très chouette endroit ( vue imprenable sur le village), calme, bien situé ( commerce d'alimentation, restos accessibles sans prendre la voiture). Dans la région, pas mal de visites à faire, des activités sportives en nombre. Nous avons reçu un bon accueil de la part des gérants sur place. De chouettes vacances!

Heerlijke plek met veel privacy

Mooi en goed verzorgd groot huis met veel Privacy. In het centrum gelegen,dichtbij kleine supermarkt en gezellige restaurantjes. Heerlijk Groot dakterras met zwembad en geweldig uitzicht. Je kunt om de hoek zwemmen en /of kanoën in de rivier met aan de overkant een kiezelstrand. Heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen!

super séjour

très belle location avec 5 vraies chambres, peut être la chambre considérée pour les enfants au rez de chaussée un peu petite si l'on devait y mettre un couple. A revoir un des radiateurs de la salle à manger qui ne fonctionnait pas et celui de la 2ème chambre du bas peut être pas assez puissant pour chauffer la pièce. Sinon emplacement au top, terrasse au top, sans nuisance. Tout était parfait pour passer une très agréable semaine, même en hiver!

Nous avons passée une agréable semaine. Le village a beaucoup de charme ainsi que le paysage.

La maison est spacieuse et conviviale. Nous avons profité de la piscine durant des heures. Manger sur la terrasse était vraiment agréable. Hormis le manque d'accès à du réseau le séjour fut parfait.
