Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 5-room villa that spans 150 square meters on the upper floor. The villa has been recently renovated in 2024, offering comfortable furnishings throughout. The living/dining area features a TV with a flat screen and air conditioning, as well as access to the terrace. There are two rooms, each equipped with a dressing room, a French bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower, a TV with a flat screen, and air conditioning. The spacious kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules (extra). The kitchen also leads out to the terrace. Electric heating is available throughout the villa. On the lower ground floor, you'll find a children's room with a double sofa bed (1 x 160 cm, length 190 cm) and a shower/WC. The upper floor features an office and an additional room with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), a TV with a flat screen, air conditioning, and access to a balcony with a shower/WC. Electric heating is also available on the upper floor.
