Only thing that could be improved was the bathroom in the hotel room - shower wasn’t great and temperature kept changing by itself. “The apartment itself was perfectly clean on arrival, but the sofa and other upholstered chairs were incredibly stained and unsightly. After several days passed without the room being cleaned—despite putting the sign on the door—we had to go and speak to someone. On our last evening, when we returned after a long day out, we found that they had simply removed the bedding from the extra bed. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. “Staff were so helpful and friendly. Allowed us to leave our baggage pre and post stay so we could make the most of the time we were there. The room was excellent (lock a little fiddly but not impossible) and it was a perfect location. Also brilliant breakfast - totally set us up for the whole day. Definitely recommend.”
