“First time here and the area is unique and we really enjoyed it. Walking out of the hotel and being surrounded by shops and restaurants and no cars was a treat. Great dining options. Hotel staff generally were 100% on top of things. Always smiling and helpful. Only thing was that our complimentary keurig was not replaced twice. “Great location. Customer Service was probably one of the best I have seen in a long time. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food was good. I am a World of Hyatt member and the was the best Hyatt based property that I have stayed at. Will stay here again when visiting PCB.”

“We can literally hear people talking. People next door was very loud, they played music and yelling loud at 1:00 am. We couldn’t fall asleep. AC is right next to my bed and it blows out wind right to your face all night.”

“I've been staying at Days Inn in Panama City Beach since high school years, long before the internet...lol. This has always been a great property. Its seen several renovations since the 80's, but its always been great staying there. They have just gotten better. Most recent trip was awesome. I love how they've kept 'The Grotto' in their theme. Housekeeping is great, friendly smiles and very accommodating. The staff in all are great, always welcoming, its like going to a second home.”
