Lo necesario para unas buenas vacaciones

El apartamento es tal y cómo se describe, está muy bien situado y es lo justo para una familia con 2 niños pequeños. El garaje aunque algo justo para entrar, cumple de sobra. Lo único malo fue el aire acondicionado, que se quedó insuficiente porque los filtros estaban sucios y eso no lo sabíamos, y que echamos de menos algún trapo de cocina y alguna cosilla por el estilo. Pero en general, muy bien.

Un appartement confortable et bien situé.

L'appartement était conforme au descriptif. Il est très bien situé. Nous ne pouvons nous prononcer que pour la période où nous l'avons loué : c'est-à-dire fin mai avant le grand rush ! L'appartement voisin étant inoccupé nous n'avons eu aucun bruit à déplorer. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir accès aux chaînes françaises. Il est dommage par contre de ne pas avoir de connection internet.

C'etait très bien !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Xavi qui est une personne fort sympathique. L'appartement est tout a fait conforme à la description. Très lumineux, très propre et décoré avec soin. Bonne literie et salle de bain très agréable. Les commerces sont très proches ; restaurants et boutiques à 2 minutes. Nous vous recommandons cette location ! Merci Xavi. Mathis et Claude.

Très joli appartement

Le propriétaire Xavi est très accueillant et toujours à l'écoute l'appartement moderne est très propre avec des prestations de bonne qualité. Belle terrasse,très ensoleillée et jolie vue sur la colline de Rosas. L'appartement très bien situé et aussi très calme,avec en plus le parking en sous sol. A louer sans hésitation

L'appartement est idéalement situé dans le centre de Roses, avec toutes les commodités à proximité (plage, restos, commerces ) , ce qui permet de ne plus utiliser la voiture. L appartement est joliment décoré avec tout le confort et un super balcon pour passer un agréable séjour. Le quartier est très calme et il y a une petite aire de jeu pour les enfants en bas de l'immeuble. Le petit plus est le garage en sous-sol . Appartement idéal en famille ou entre amis !! Un grand merci à Xavi pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse

Estupendo apartamento

El apartamento es tal y como aparece en las fotos, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario aunque es cierto que echamos en falta algún trapo para el polvo y un estropajo. Esta estupendamente ubicado a tiro piedra de bares, restaurantes, farmacia, supermercado..., el dueño encantador y muy atento, sin ninguna duda sí volvemos por la zona repetiremos y lo recomendamos al 100%.
