Very nice appartments, clean and well equipped

We enjoyed our stay at the premises of Fausto and his girlfriend. Fausto is the perfect host. Available with wonderful tips and stories when wished, on the background when needed. The swimming pool and hot tub are really perfect. Clean, large enough and enough space around the pool for each member of the appartments. Teh environment is really quiet, so perfect for a very nice holiday. Near to the sea and the beautiful cities and villages of Toscany. For sure we will come back!

Sehr schön!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Nr. 4 des wunderschönen Anwesens. Fausto - der Vermieter hat uns super freundlich empfangen und mit tollen Tipps versorgt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlagen in allen 3 Zimmern, 2 Fernseher mit vielen deutschen Programmen. Küche mit E-Backofen, Gas-Herd, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine. Alles ist im sehr guten gepflegten Zustand. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Wasser sehr schön warm. Grillmöglichkeit haben wir mehrmals genutzt.

Schöne Tage im Apartment nahe Cecina

Insgesamt schöne, sehr ruhig gelegene Anlage auf großem Grundstück mit 5 Einheiten. Alles wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Fausto war immer erreichbar und kümmerte sich um die Anliegen der Gäste. Die Zimmer waren sauber, nett eingerichtet und boten ausreichend Platz. Das Wasser im Pool sauber und wohl temperiert. Frühstück auf der Terrasse war Pflicht...

Die Anlage und die Wohnung entsprechen 100% dem Inserat und Fausto heißt einen herzlich willkommen und hat viele nützliche Infos und Tipps. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl und kann eine tolle Zeit verbringen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Gastgeber

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Ferienwohnung war wie war sehr schön und der Pool war sehr gepflegt und hatte eine angenehme Temeraur. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hatten hilfreiche Tipps. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und wir werden wiederkommen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Fausto sehr genossen. Insbesondere Fausto hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir einen super Urlaub hatten. Seine Empfehlungen und Tipps waren echt klasse. Unkomplizierte Gastgeber, die sehr zuvorkommend sind. Alles ordentlich und bei Fragen ist immer ein Ansprechpartner da. Die Räume sind sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Sogar im TV wurden uns bereits die deutschen Sender voreingestellt. Wir kommen wieder!

Wohlfühlen und Entspannung pur an der toskanischen Küste

Wir konnten einen wundervollen und entspannten Urlaub auf dem schönen und gepflegten Anwesen von Fausto verbringen. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und top ausgestattet. Da wir schon öfter in der Toskana waren, haben wir das übliche Sightseeing etwas reduziert und mehr Zeit am herrlichen, top gepflegten Pool bzw. am Strand verbracht. Doch die Touristenmagnete Lucca, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Massa Marritima sind von da aus gut zu erreichen, ebenso wie Florenz und Florenz. Als Badeorte haben wir Cecina und Vada besucht - herrliche Sandstrände und sauberes Wasser. Obwohl es viele Strandbäder gab, nutzten wir wegen des Flairs den freien Strand. Und am Pool hatten wir ja unsere Liegen und jede Menge Platz für uns. Unbedingt erwähnen muss man noch Fausto - ein Gastgeber im besten Sinne des Wortes. Er ist stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit, wenn man was benötigt, und immer gut drauf. Wir haben es sehr genossen und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Entspannung pur

Tolle gepflegte und ruhige Anlage mit schönem Pool. Überall blüht schöner Oleander. Man wohnt ruhig und ist trotzdem schnell an den schönen Stränden und Städten der Toskana. Sehr netter Gastgeber!

Fantastischer Urlaub!

Wir hatten bei Fausto einen wunderbaren Urlaub! Die Fotos werden dem Anwesen nicht gerecht. Alles war blitzsauber und gepflegt. Man spürt auf der ganzen Anlage, dass Fausto mit Herz und Seele für sein Anwesen sorgt. Er gibt auch viele wertvolle Ausflugstipps und ist für einen angenehmen Plausch zu haben. Man hat dort einen ruhigen und sorgenfreien Urlaub und kann sowohl auf der großzügigen Terrasse, als auch am großen Pool herrlich entspannen. Wenn wieder Toskana, dann auch wieder bei Fausto! Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit die wir dort verbringen durften!

Perfekter Urlaub

Dieser Urlaub war Erholung pur. Die Wohnung mit Blick auf dem Pool, große Terrasse mit jedem Abend Sonnenuntergang war perfekt für unsere vier-köpfige Familie. Das Wasser vom Pool wurde regelmäßig überprüft. Der Vermieter kümmert sich wirklich liebevoll um alles. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in fünf Minuten mit dem Auto. Ein gelungener Urlaub. Vacances chez Fausto

Cette semaine de vacance fut formidable. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Fausto. Le domaine est magnifique et répond entièrement à ce qui est décrit sur l'annonce. Fausto à été de très bon conseil quand aux activitées à faire( visites, restaurants, plages, produits de la région). Nous gardons un souvenir genial de cette semaine en toscane. A refaire.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns bei Fausto sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist sehr schön, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. WLAN funktioniert super. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Anlage auf der das Ferienhaus steht ist unsagbar schön. Wenn man abschalten will ist man hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank Fausto. Bis zum nächsten mal

Perfetto. Geniale. Appartamento molto carino. Spazioso per 4. Appartamento numero 4 con bella terrazza. Piscina grande e la maggior parte del tempo solo a nostra disposizione. Vada è a 5 min di macchina. I due locatari molto gentili. È sicuramente da consigliare.

Sehr stilvolle, grosszügige, ruhige Anlage

Hans-Peter, Zürich Alle Angaben des Inserates waren korrekt. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und über unserer gesamten Aufenthaltsdauer waren die Vermieter jederzeit für Fragen offen und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. (Wir hatten bereits im August 2013 in der gleichen Anlage „Podere la Macchia“ wunderschöne, erholsame Sommerferien verbracht). Jedesmal war die Wohnung sehr sauber - ausgestattet mit schöner stilvoller toskanischer Einrichtung. Der grosszügige, super gepflegte Pool und Garten waren umgeben von Weinreben, Olivenbäumen und einem schattigen Park mit Pinien und Eichenbäumen. Das Eingangstor zur Anlage ist elektronisch und jeder Gast erhält zum Zimmerschlüssel eine Fernbedienung fürs Eingangstor. Die Tage verbrachten wir meistens am schönen warmen Pool und die Abende genossen wir mit Sonnenuntergangsstimmung und Grillspezialitäten beim Pinienwäldchen. Wir können „Podere la Macchia“ vollen Herzens empfehlen und überlegen uns schon heute mit Freunden und Familie erneut beim liebenswürdigen, gastfreundlichen Vermieter(Besitzer-)paar zu buchen.
