feiner Kurzurlaub

Alles in Allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber (nur die Scheiben des Wintergartens waren stärker verschmutzt mit Vogelkot,hier wäre es wohl ratsam öfters für eine Reinigung zu sorgen), mit Allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Sehr schön ist der im Wohnzimmer integrierte Wintergarten und der Gaskamin. Da kommt Wohlfühlatmosphäre auch an nicht so schönen Tagen auf. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt, wirklich sehr zuvorkommend, und die kostenfrei zur Verfügung stehende Garage fürs KFZ rundet den sehr Guten Gesamteindruck ab. Viele dank noch einmal für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Ankommen und Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlfühlt, eine der schönsten die wir in Warnemünde je hatten. Die Wohnungen ist sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, sie entspricht zu 100% den Bildern im Internet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super.

Sehr schönes Wochende

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Leider funktionierte der Gasofen nicht. Bei der Beschreibung müsste man vielleicht anmerken das die Betten im Spitzboden nur von Kindern zu nutzen sind, da man dort als Erwachsener nicht stehen kann. Ansonsten war es eine sehr schöne Wohnung.

Wunderschöne sehr zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, in denen ich jemals Zeit verbracht habe. Sehr zentral gelegen, sauber, mit Kamin und einer wunderbaren küche mit großen Fenstern. Einfach toll!

Erholsam für Mensch und Hund

Es war alles genau wie beschrieben, wir haben das Auto in die Garage gebracht und nicht einmal gebraucht. Der Weg zum Hundestrand war nicht weit, alles war fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch mit Hunden essen gehen war möglich. In der Wohnung hat nichts gefehlt. Zudem hat man sich durch den telefonischen Kontakt von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt.

Super schöne Wohnung, sehr gut gelegen. Aber Parkplatz Problem, bei Anreise fast Knöllchen bekommen. Keine 5 Minuten Zeit zum Auto ausräumen, schon Ordnungsamt da. Aber ansonsten alles Super, jederzeit wieder!

Zentraler geht es wirklich nicht

Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen ist diese zauberhafte Wohnung. Es hat alles super geklappt was die vorbereitende Kommunikation anging und auch die vom Vermieter bereit gestellte Garage war Gold wert! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und buchen gerne erneut!

Die Kommunikation vorher mit Herrn Alderath war super. 😃 Schnelle Antwort und sehr freundlich. Alles wurde möglich gemacht. 👍 Die Ferienwohnung ist super schön. Alles sauber und ordentlich. 👍 Tolle Ausstattung, es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist zentral, genau wie angegeben. Alles in der Nähe und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Perfekte Auszeit von der Großstadt

Zuerst einmal, die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist super. Schnelle Antwort und sehr freundlich. Das Appartement selber ist wie auf den Fotos 👍☺️ Alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist zentral, aber trotzdem ist es nicht laut auf der Straße. Edeka, Bäcker, Strand alles unter 5 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Diese Ferienwohnung war super schön, tolle Ausstattung, die Lage einfach alles. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung stimmt komplett überein, es fehlt an nichts. Da wir regelmäßig nach Warnemünde fahren, werden wir diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall, für weitere Aufenthalte abspeichern.

5 Tage im schönen Warnemünde

Der Aufenthalt war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise einfach super. Die Kommunikation zur Unterkunft sowie die Tips für die Umgebung waren einfach sehr gut. Das beste allerdings war das wir ohne Komplikationen unseren Hund mitbringen durften. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
