「The staff were great. The room was clean. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. We were there for an organized bike ride and they opened the free breakfast an hour early to accommodate all the cyclists. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including healthy ones! The coffee was great too! There were even fresh berries. As we were doing the ride the next day, we asked if they would store our luggage to keep it safe. They instead offered us late check-out until 2pm! We were able to return to our room and shower...

「Diamond Hotel is a great property. There are not many worthwhile hotels in Chico. This was probably the nicest. Good centralized location. Great steakhouse about a block away. Several boutique-type shopping stores are just around the corner. Multiple bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is quiet and clean, offering massages and a steakhouse on the premises, although we did not use either one. We will stay here next time we come through Chico.」
