Looks like it was an amazing place before COVID. They needed about 5 times the amount of staff to keep the place clean. Hallways, pool area and common areas were all dirty. Also the pool area is under construction and the water park is gone.

Didn’t get the room we paid for. Hotel was booked solid with groups of cheer and hockey families. That’s to be expected this time of year, not an issue. Clearly gave away the room we booked though. It was very nice and clean. It made me feel like I was visiting grandma, old school charm. The host got bad to me very quickly on questions, which I really felt comfortable with.
