Beautiful home in wonderful location.

A beautiful home with everything we needed and more. Location was perfect and we enjoyed spotting the variety of wildlife especially the alligator! Beaches were accessible and we enjoyed our days out especially the boat trip to Cabbage Key. Thank you Christina and John for answering the questions we had you were very helpful.

Excellent Rotonda West Villa

Lovely property, clean and everything needed for the two of us. Excellent dock on the lake watching the baby gator and the variety of bird life. Excellent location for visiting the gulf coast beaches. Highly recommended and Christina and John were easy to communicate with all through the process.

Summer Vacation

Lovely clean & well equipped property in ideal location to get in and out of Rotonda. Owners were friendly, helpful & easy to deal with. Superb outside space around the pool and best part of all is the dock overlooking the lake to watch the sunset, gators and wide range of wildlife. Would recommend & stay again.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

House was nice and clean, Christina was friendly and easy to communicate with. Used the pool daily, and was fun to see the alligators in the pond.

Lovely stay in Rotonda West

49 Pine Outstanding!

We absolutely loved this property! Beautifully maintained, very clean and well appointed. We loved the pool and relaxing or grilling in the Lanai area. It was wonderful to have such a well stocked home with everything we needed. The two bikes provided were perfect for exploring the area and riding the trail. We’d like to rent for next year, but sadly, see that they are already booked.

We stayed here last year and returned, once again a wonderful stay, lovely villa with a dock overlooking the lake (alligators, turtles etc) SW facing pool for the sunsets and clean and tidy inside with everything catered for - would recommend if you want a relaxing stay in a quiet neighbourhood approximately 20 mins drive from beaches, shops and restaurants.

Beautiful home! Wonderful vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-day escape from the Michigan cold to the beautiful Rotunda / Englewood area. John and Christina’s home is awesome - well equipped with everything one would need; wonderful open concept, especially the openness out to the lanai and pool area; very comfortable with modern furnishings; quiet neighborhood. While there are many golf courses to choose from in the area, our favorite is Myakka Pines. For dining options, our favorite is Vino Loco - highly recommend. Christina was awesome to work with - very responsive to any questions that we had. This was our best vacation so far! We didn’t want to leave and definitely would book this beautiful home again!

49 Pine is a lovely vacation home!

We totally enjoyed our 1 month stay in this home. Perfect split bedroom floor plan for family. Immaculate and beautifully decorated. John and Christina have thought of everything anyone could possibly need. They were very responsive to any questions. Safe, quiet neighborhood. We spent lots of time in the lanai and pool area. Also enjoyed all the wild life in the back yard. So many species of birds, alligator, squirrels and even a bobcat sighting! If you golf this is an excellent location. We would highly recommend this home.

Absolutely Beautiful!

The photos do not do this property justice! This home has been completely refurbished, with an IKEA style. The kitchen was so well organized and had everything you need to cook! Including spices, etc. I cooked Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner and really didn't need to purchase many spices. The pool is divine,and the lanai stunning.. a great place for breakfast or evening cocktails. We enjoyed the golfers teeing off across the canal. Definitely recommend this lovely home.

Back in "our" paradise

As a long time visitor to Rotonda we this year choose to rent from Christina & John. Everything was exactly as described and we really enjoyed to stay in their beautiful villa. After have been renting around 5 villas in the area we really can recommend this one. For us the purpose of the visit was to play golf, go to the beach, rest and enjoy being together, and for sure we did and we enjoyed it very much. Here come a hidden gem. Go out on Gasparilla Island and on the Gasparilla Road turn down on the 17th street towards to the Gulf. A more restful place is hard to find! And YES, we will be back! Andreas & Marie Sweden

Great and relaxing

This house was exactly what we were looking for! We wanted a quiet place we could work from and have our kids do distance learning - while also escaping the frozen tundra of Minnesota. The house was very clean and beautifully updated. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. We loved the privacy of not having a house right behind us. There's a little lake/pond behind the house where we got to watch all sorts of Florida wildlife. My two boys swam in the heated pool everyday. It was a perfect vacation and just what we needed during this crazy 2020 year! Owners were very prompt with communication and lovely to work with.
