"Air conditioning is controlled remotely. When we checked in it was set on 80 and locked.. after i called the host he unlocked it just to relock it 2 days later.. Every single night i could not sleep i would have to get up and put cold towels on my body. I ended up at the fire dept with a heat stoke! The last day of our stay the hosted unlocked the ac WOW just WOW. Host also told me that ac units in Florida were different! BTW I live in Georgia and have been a Rental property owner for 35 years so i know this is not true. I also am in Florida about 75 days a year all over that state like i was in Venice Florida 2025 in July no issue ever! If you don’t care about air conditioning I would recommend this property. It’s so organized there are label everywhere. Cabinets, lights etc etc. The bathroom door going to the pool can be unlocked with a hard finger nail or coins!"
