Girls weekend away

The accommodation was perfect for the 11 ladies who stayed here. We all had our own bedroom and used one of the houses as our gathering space. The kitchens were well stocked with crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses. It even had a pod coffee machine. Although the size of the accommodation was great, the lounge furniture in the back house is well worn and tired and not comfortable for long time sitting. The windows could do with a having good clean, especially on the outsides. We also felt the entrances were a bit of a safety hazard. Overall, we were happy with the size and location of the property and would probably stay there again.

Good site with close proximity to forest and lakes

We used both properties for a workshop. The size of the top property was good to gather and review material on the TV. . Parking with lots of cars created some issues with space on the roadside. Accomodation was good. Some adults (was to have had 14 adults across two sites). were allocated to sleep in a room that had people going though it to a bathroom in the night. Some of them found this unsatisfactory and so went elsewhere. One heater in the back property downstairs bedroom couldn't be got to work so another heater from elsewhere in Rotorua was sourced for the stay. Otherwise no concerns

Perfect for a large group

Having the two houses on the same property was exactly what out large group of families needed. It gave us ample bedrooms and spaces to hang out in. The rumpus room was wonderful for the kids to play in. We found the kitchen to be well equipped.
