「We needed a house on this side of Rotorua for a mixed group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. This mix of beds was perfect for us, saves sharing with a teenager!!!!Was very quiet with a fantastic outlook 」

「We were disappointed to find the pool room was under maintenance so we could not use it, looking at other reviews seems like this has been the case for some time so not sure why it’s still advertised with it. Also advertised 7 rooms however we only had access to 6, all other doors and assuming 7th room was locked, so again not what we paid for. Place was quite dusty and smelt humid, did not seem as clean close up as it seems in photos. Overall we were quite disappointed. Hoping this review...

「We stay here for a week. The house is modern and very comfortable. The spa was clean, turned on and ready to get into. The kitchen was well equipped, excellent showers. The host, Dharmen, communicated well via email and is very nice man. Everything we needed was there.Visited some geothermals, Gondola, shopping and the 4x4 self drive buggy at Adventure Playground. We would definitely this house.」

「A lovely house situated outside Rotorua. We had a wonderful time with our kids feeding the ponies and playing. The place was comfortable and spaceous. Clean. Toys for the kids. Nice patio with a view. Lovely host.」

「The property, although warm and dry, could do with a thorough deep clean. Everything looked tired. There were knick knacks decorating the lounge and ugly stuffed toys. Considering we are charged a cleaning fee it was very disappointing. The bedding appeared clean although no top sheets on the bunks. Two face clothes for our entire family of four was ridiculous and 1 teatowel for the enire weekend. Was insufficient. After paying over 900 for the 2 day stay we wrre left underwelmed.
