Rotorua Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest Hotels

"There is a significant amount of road noise with trucks rumbling past shaking the house all night.Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the house or the check-in/out ccommunications.It is clean and well equipped. The showers have good pressure.The owner is very helpful and tried to accommodate our request for early arrival and late departure as much as possible.There is an internal garage which is great for storing bikes and the house is very well located for getting to/from Whakarewarewa forest and to other Rotorua attractions."

"Everything was very good except for the continental beakfast which wasn’t. Coffee from sachets I ask you? Tiny cold croissants. Cold meats limited and no hard boiled eggs. Jam, butter, sugar, in sachets and difficult to open. In the continent this would be a low level breakfast."

"Rooms were clean and cosy. Front desk staff were very helpful. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. We did have some rowdy people in the room below us on the third night but the hotel attended to that immediately and the noise stopped. Very nice experience! Great location next to Polynesian hot baths! "

"Our room was huge with 2 big beds and lots of room for our bags etc. The restaurant was very well priced and had a delicious range of meals. Desk staff were very polite."

"The apartment was spacious and clean with a new bathroom and kitchen. Unfortunately our room had a horrible smell, we are not sure what was causing it. The thermal hot tub was divine. The property is also under construction which didn't impact our overall saty."
