「Stayed one night. Property is very charming and in great location. No lift and very narrow stairs can be awkward with luggage. We were very well looked after though, arriving a bit early and needing to stow our luggage. The wonderful House Keeping Lady (apologies didn’t get her name) advised we could come back in an hour or so and when we did found she had taken our luggage up 2 flights to our room. Very delicious breakfast included. Would stay again. 」

「This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life! I have never encountered such a terrible hotel, or perhaps I shouldn't even call it a hotel; it's more like a room in a bar. First of all, there are no hotel staff here. There is no one working at the reception room. If you need anything, you have to go to the bar to find the waiters for assistance. Our room is right above the bar, and it is not soundproof at all. You can clearly hear the music and party noise from the bar, making it...

「This is definitely a 10/10 place. Could be one of best place I’ve ever stayed. The service was great. The staffs were all very friendly. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and they provided very high quality shampoo and body wash. Lastly, I love the history of this property. Highly recommend this Warders hotel. If you are visiting Perth, you should stay here rather than Perth City centre.」
