Serene and out of the fray of Roeun
Pristine, well-equipped, fast internet, pretty view, great sunsets, safe, very comfortable beds.
A few misgivings:
Entry process would have been much easier had we know the red plastic fob on the key chain was instrumental in getting into the building.
Perhaps state that the building is actually below street level. It took a couple of passes to figure where the actual entrance was.
We had to use guesswork to figure how to
use the appliances. There was no folder of instructions. We figured it out but it would be helpful to leave instructions.
The tv — Netflix and prime were locked after the first night. No way to get into it without a code.

Apartment is very modern and clean with lovely river views. Nice laundry facilities. Easy Uber ride into old city area. Be prepared for multiple check in steps - completed process.

Highly recommended!
The apartment is lovely, clean, modern and convenient (everything was as advertised). Thomas was always attentive and within reach during our stay. We loved being there for 5 days to explore Normandy and the magnificent old city of Rouen. When we arrived Thomas left us a lovely bottle of wine to welcome us to the area which was a really nice touch. Highly recommend this charming welcoming apartment.

Very secure!!!But parking control did not work.Local mgr had poor response..."must be your problem". Mgr never visited site in 4 days, so we parked illegally in street. Totally unsat.

Un peu difficile de trouver l'entré du lieu dans la nuit, être vigilant que sa soit en journée plus facile pour se guider, autrement appartement sans surprise car c'était vraiment comme indiquer parfait très agréable dommage que nous n'avons pas pris le temps d'en profiter un peu plus du logement a refaire .
