“It is a very satisfied hotel. Good service, clean room, delicious breakfast and beautiful river view. By the way, the swimming pool is so nice.”

We used the jacuzzi in the room and got a rude nock two times on the door from the guy at the front desk wanted to now if something was going on in the room because the room next door was complaining! Second time where told we could not use the tub anymore!!! The pool area was filthy. When we checked out the guy next store from us was complaining and was given a large discount! We were told since we booked through Expedia we could not be compensated? Probably……
