“The ski in-ski out was awesome! The interior amenities were satisfactory. Communication with the host was super.”

“Amenities and location was 10/10! Easy access to Wildhorse Gondola which takes you directly to Steamboat Ski Resort main village. Quick 2 min walk to hot tubs, pool, gym, and grills. Pictures of studio were accurate. While communication with property management was responsive, we still had a few issues during our stay that were not remedied. The bed was a bit too firm, the pillows were thin and uncomfortable (requested more but never delivered), the hairdryer provided was broken/unusable, and……

“Great view of the valley. Great gas fireplace. We couldn’t walk to the lifts and had to drive to the ski parking. Shower diverters were installed improperly and learning how to get the right temperature is a skill you need to develop. The kitchen faucet only dribbles hot water so it’s difficult to clean. Pots, pans, dishes and glasses are in need of replacing. ”
