“Very spacious apartment, honestly nicer than we expected from the listing. We were only in town for two nights but I would have loved to stay longer. The bathroom could maybe use some work but she has personality and does the job so I have no real complaints. Parking was a dream. Host was easily reachable, but I honestly didn't need to utilize that as everything was set up so well. Will absolutely be keeping in mind for any future visits to St. Louis. ”

“Was without hot water my entire stay, the host was able to accommodate me but never followed through with the accommodation; the communication between the host and I before my check out time was disabled before I could get any information about the accommodation; I tried calling and received no answer. I am unaware if I will still receive my refund. Overall the bed was comfortable, the house was clean except the shower ; there were no cleaning supplies offered to get rid of the dirt spot in the……

“This property made us wish we had been able to extend our stay. I don't like to use the term "picky", but with past stays there always seems to be something that could land in the negative column. Not this place & not this management group. Truly, from communication, to a special request, location & feeling of being immediately comfortable in a space...it was great. Perfect for two, but adding a couple of kids would be just fine. Room to relax & unwind after a day of travel or enjoying the……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was excellent from the beginning; they were always friendly, responsive, and helpful. We loved the coffee provided, which was of excellent quality. We also greatly appreciated having laundry facilities with detergent included. The location is very convenient and makes it easy to get around the area. One detail we especially appreciated was the high quality of the bed linens and towels,……

“The location of this property was fantastic! We also loved the layout and the use of space, it was perfect for us and our travelers. We had a couple of concerns upon our arrival but the property manager was attentive and very responsive. We would happily have rated this property higher if it was kept up better.The property is run down and was not very clean. Everything needs to be cleaned and painted and the floor was 'replaced' at some point but needs repair as well. The kitchen was ill equiped……
