"Quick overnight trip to St. Louis. The hotel is only 10 minutes or so from down town and the price is great. My room was clean and up to date. It is an older hotel in a slightly rough area but I have stayed there several times with no concerns. "

"The staff were very kind and welcoming. Someone was always available when we needed assistance and our room was clean. Along with the complimentary breakfast, there were multiple restaurants conveniently within walking distance. We felt very taken care of here. "

"These guys are especially fantastic. I travel to St. Louis every weekend and was looking for somewhere that would let me bring my pet, had restaurants and public transpo within walking distance, but wouldn't break the bank. Happened upon this place after seeing a nice cash back reward for it on retail me not. Gave it a chance and have been back every weekend ever since. The good: It's right by Cracker Barrel, Dairy Queen, Taco Bell, and a 24 hour gas station. Vending machines in the lobby....

"Smelled of cigarette and like skunks. Only two set of towels. The bathroom looked clean until I turned on the shower. Something brown on the walls and floor. Pencil shaving on the back of the toilet. It was a no smoking room. By the looks and smell someone missed the burned marks that we're everywhere. With the allergy and other health issue my family have was very disgusted with the service or the lack of! They do not need to be listed for out-of-Towners. "

" To start, the reservation process was very unclear. Instructions were vague to the point I could not find the page to complete any process requested. Check in again was almost impossible, It took us a half hour get inside the front door after we found the building. Nothing said Kasa on the building. At checkout I was asked to login to my Kasa account but there was absolutely no place to do that. "
