“I stayed here with two girlfriends for one night as we came out to see a show at the Gorge. Place was great, communication was friendly and helpful. They can hook you up with a driver to take you out to the Gorge which was much appreciated. We also ate in the restaurant which was quite good!”

“We booked a room for one night. There are only 2 hotels in Othello Wa. We chose the Quality Inn from the photos. This hotel was anything but quality. Carpet was filthy dirty! The sheers behind the curtai were torn, yellowed and hanging. I do not recommend this hotel. The Othello Inn probably would be a better choice.”

“Had a great stay here. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast wasn’t the best but there’s a Starbucks nearby.”

“Entry / Arrival / Front Desk / Staff: The entry at the hotel seemed like you’re walking into a fairytale book for kids. The obese front desk woman was extremely unprofessional - and she complained about having one other room attendant to clean 33 rooms, while others called out sick. Another guest arrived, and the obese woman was feeding her face. Good grief! The housekeeper (guy) barely spoke English, and the new housekeeper woman in the morning seemed like she left the bar or street corner.……

“First of all when we pulled into the property, it looked like a crack den. There were people living in the rooms on the property. This is not a place Anyone should stay in. I asked the owners for a refund and they refused. I spoke to a police officer at the next property that we rented and it was a beautiful, clean hotel and he said that they used to get calls there all the time for a lot of bad activity happening. This is not a place that should even be on this site or any other site. If want……

“This is likely the worst hotel. I have stayed at in many, many years. Things were broken everywhere, including steps to lead to the second floor. The pool was full of some strange green.Slime. and the person I was with was very concerned about bugs in the room and continued looking for them with her flashlight. In fairness to the motel, we did not find any bugs. But the cleanliness and love love maintenance at this place was sorely lacking. I would only stay here if there is no other option.”

“Really nice to have pet friendly, bed was clean uncomfortable bathroom was clean, furniture was not very clean in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful but the room keys did not work well. Overall, I would stay there again. Accessible shuttle to the gorge helpful staff”
