「Our stay was phenomenal! The family room suited our 4 adults perfectly. The pictures did not do the room justice, we felt extremely comfortable. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were incredibly helpful and accommodated our many needs.」

While the DART station is slightly far away, it’s a nice 20-minute walk in the neighbourhood (and through a lovely little park). I was spoilt by the delicious breakfast every morning! 」

I stayed in Room 323, which was very comfortable. The room did not have air conditioning, but when I requested a fan, the receptionist provided one immediately, which was much appreciated. 「Loved the quiet location of The Alex next Merrion Square and a short walk from everything to do and see in Dublin City Centre. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet and very clean. Would not hesitate to stay at The Alex the next time we visit Dublin.」

「Great location - near many shops and restaurants. We were on the 4th floor so had some stairs to climb but it was worth it (and they carried our bags up for us). Such a gem. We would definitely love to stay here again. Of course, the breakfast was absolutely brilliant - such a talented chef!」
