“The front desk staff who greeted us were so friendly and set the tone for the stay. We traveled with our two daughters who appreciated the Dyson hair dryers provided in the rooms. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were lovely. My husband and I took advantage of both bars on site and they were very nice. The location was great...not right in the thick of all of the activity so quiet at night but an easy walk to get to Grafton St. area. Would absolutely stay……

“The studio wasn’t huge, but quite practical as the space had been used well. There was a good bit of storage space and a little kitchenette. The bathroom arrangement was somewhat unusual. It was nice and quiet in the studio, with barely any noise from outside or within the building. One thing that would’ve made a huge difference to the comfort levels is air conditioning, as it got quite hot in the studio due to the warm weather. “I’d taken a while to look for a property for our trip which was a Christmas present for my husband. I liked the idea of an older, characterful place to stay which is why I eventually settled on no31. From the photo’s I believed the hotel and rooms would most likely be Georgian with high ceilings and large windows but unfortunately this wasn’t the case. Our room (no 10) was on what appeared to be a basement level. It had low ceilings, was quite dark and was right next to the main entrance which……

“Friendly staff and close to city centre. Nice and neat room.”

“Comfortable room with all the basic necessities in place. Friendly owner and staff. Close to bus stop for buses that take you to city centre. While the DART station is slightly far away, it’s a nice 20-minute walk in the neighbourhood (and through a lovely little park). I was spoilt by the delicious breakfast every morning! ”
