「Beware when you book Divi hotels Aruba.We chose all inclusive & paid good $ and they put us up at the Divi Dutch village and told us that the all inclusive was not included.They wanted us to pay $200-$250 per adult each day for the all inclusive package!We were upset but ate dinners and some breakfast outside the resort and on site because Aruba has great food and great restaurants so we made the best of our 5 day trip.」

「t was the worst experience. We arrived and they couldn’t find our reservation. Then, after we showed them the reservation details, they said it wasn’t paid and that we had to pay again. When we told them we were going to call to verify the payment, they just slammed the door in our faces, never opened it again, and didn’t answer any more calls. We had to find another hotel. They should remove this recommendation from Expedia — it makes the website look bad with the terrible service they provide.」

「When we come to Aruba we usually stay Marriott. This time we decided to try Joia. It’s a new hotel. But that’s where the good things stopped. If you come to the beach too early no umbrellas or chairs are put out. Usually they’re starting to do that after 8-8:30 am. Also, if you didn’t come early enough the staff puts towels on the chairs claiming it’s for members only. So if that’s the case it should be advertised as such hotel. For members of some club only. Apparently if you paid $1,000.00...
