「Had the most amazing holiday here. 3 families, 10 kids in total and each family had our own section of the house and own bathroom. And there was space for a 4th family. Beautiful home, well stocked with laundry and dishwasher stuff and toilet paper, glad wrap etc which is always so handy with big groups. Fire places were brilliant, location was perfect. We just loved every minute. Host was really responsive too and even got a portacot for us to use. You won't be disappointed with this...

「We were very happy with all aspects of the property except for the driveway up to the house. It was in bad condition. Winding, very steep in parts and had deep ruts in the surface making driving difficult. We would have appreciated knowing this before we considered booking.」

「Quite a hard first evening as there were not enough sheets for the guests (double bed made up but none on the single beds) and no one was available to bring any until the next day. Just two towels for four people. I think this may have been an issue with bookabach details/messages not getting through to bachcare. Not a single spare sheet or towel on the property though. Wifi wasn't switched on or properly plugged in and router was hidden away in a bedroom wardrobe. The hot water cylinder wasn't...

「Lovley long weekend escape during the school holidays. This is a lovely place that would be great in summer etc with a nice deck and outdoor areas. We were there in July school holidays and it rained most of the time however house was nice and warm (including heaters for kids rooms) and a handy but quiet location. Would recommend.」

「Everything you need for a little holiday away. Everything as described. Heated salt water pool was awesome. Place is quite small but having the covered deck with big table was perfect for reading the paper and family dinners.」

「The location is great with amazing view. Short drive to Tutukaka and Ngruguru township. The house is functional with all the amenities and great wifi speed. The toilet and bathroom have smells that needs to be look at.」

「A charming house on a very spacious plot of land. Plenty of room for activities and very private. A lovely spa and outdoor fire pit perfect for the cool evenings. Top that off with a spectacular beach just over the dunes less than a 10 min walk away. Also close to waipu town centre and mcleods brewery. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area.」
