This home in Rubercy is even more beautiful and well cared for than the photos can show. The location is perfect for exploring the Norman countryside as well as all things connected to WWII and the Allied landings.The home is perfect for families with children. There is a child's playroom upstairs, and the large backyard with a swing, and the heated pool were truly appreciated. The owners do not speak English, but with todays technology, that is not an issue! Cecile and her husband were extremely friendly and very responsive! We had a small issue with the washer and it was resolved perfectly in a matter of minutes!They made check-in and check-out a breeze and give great advice on restaurants, things to do etc!We stayed 6 nights. The rooms and beds were extremely comfortable. The showers are huge by both European and American standards.The kitchen is well stocked with all items you need to cook (we cooked breakfast in all days and cooked three dinners!) 6 adults and an infant were very comfortable here!Our only constructive suggestion would be to add a WIFI booster. There are at least 2 houses on the property sharing the WIFI and the signal was very weak at our house. A booster would solve the issue.All in all, a wonderful stay with fabulous hosts! When in Normandy, if you do not stay here, you are only cheating yourselves!
