In contrast, on Tuesday—the day of my departure—a new staff member greeted me warmly with “good morning” and wished me an enjoyable breakfast. Additionally, during checkout, the front desk attendant apologized for not being immediately available. This created a clear and positive difference in the level of hospitality compared to the previous days. I shared this feedback at checkout, noting that it was disappointing not to have been acknowledged during the majority of my stay, while also complimenting the Tuesday staff for their professionalism and welcoming demeanor. "Costumer Service was amazing, extremely helpful, only good thing about this place!! The pool was not the cleanest, and the jacuzzi was very very Dirty. The worst part was the bed sheets, they had blood stains. To top it off I walked with socks on and the carpet was filthy. Its fair to say this was our first and last time in this hotel."
