The place looks more like a studio apartment with full kitchen, living room,etc. It's homey feeling. They have swimming pool with bbq grill. The staff are really nice but i wish they have more knowledge of where to go eat etc coz that would have been helpful.

The property is well suited for pets, ground floor particularly. I requested accessible accommodations, but the room was not mobility friendly and had a tub/shower that I could not use. Had to clean cobwebs from some of the furniture. Hotel is definitely showing its age. Bed was comfortable enough, couch was not.

Staff was wonderful and very accomodating. Rooms were large, spacious, and well furnished. Beds were very comfy, mattress was fantastic. Kitchen was smallish, but efficient and laid out very well, with large prep area/countertop/breakfast bar, full size stove & refrigerator. Stovetop and countertops needed better cleaning (a very minor inconvenience considering). Adequately stocked with plates, cups, glasses, pots, pans. Ample drawer & closet space for clothers with extra bedding, blankets, pillows etc. Thick black-out curtains for privacy and late sleepers. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi was clean and perfect temperature, with pool towels in a hamper nearby. Laundry room was efficient, clean and very affordable (supplies avail for purchase at front desk). Breakfast was very good, with hot eggs, sausage/bacon, oatmeal & DIY waffles. Also cereals, granola, yogurt, and a very nice selection of cereal toppings and bread/pastrie choices. Coffee & tea (inc decaf) 24/7; and juice machine at breakfast. Fresh oranges bananas, apple too. CONS: The low-rider toilet in the room was very hard on elderly knees. Shower & toilet needs a grab bar for safety & elderly. We were ver comfy & happy and would definitely stay there again when in the area!

cooking utensils need to be replaced. curtains have food/drink spills need washing. no where to hang towels. its a room for 6 people and only one towel hook. Above all guests in another room were allowed to yell, clap, hold loud conversation, basically hold a party or meeting outside their room or in the areas outside our own room door, keeping everyone awake from 10:30pm to 2:30 am. I let the front desk know at 10:30pm which was responded to but the guests did not comply. after much intermittent disruption I informed the front desk again at 2:30 am, after that I do recall noise. Awful. will not stay here again

I’m sure they probably thought I had gone away, & I wasn’t going to even submit a review, but this is the 2nd email I’ve gotten to do a review. There’s a reason they have such a low rating. While I didn’t experience the rodent infestation, the customer service from the MANAGER was absolutely heartless. I requested an “accessible” room, 2 queen beds. Each room is stated have a FULL kitchen (pictures shows a full stove 4 burners), oven, full size fridge. What’s not clear is not all accessible rooms have the same full kitchen. When I checked in, I stated to the receptionist that I was cooking (she asked my plans for the stay). She failed to tell me I wasn’t getting a full stove w/oven. Then let’s talk about the bathroom, that had a bathtub! Umm, accessible usually has a roll-in shower. My 81-yr old mother could NOT climb into that tub, even with bars! I called myself being compromising, and asked to be moved on my second day of stay, instead of right after getting to the room. When I expressed my concerns, day 1 receptionist said the room I needed was “out of service,” but she didn’t know why. She would look into it and see if it could be back in service (weird). Day 2 is when all hell broke loose. So not only did I have to forgo an accessible room, to get 2 queen beds & a full stove w/oven, but the manager was NOT accommodating AT ALL. No compensation, no points, nothing, & left me in tears,on THANKSGIVING. I had to move my 81 yr old mom alone, after 2pm! He had no compassion!!

I try to book known hotel brands for the consistence of experience. One of the negatives with this hotel is very skimpy breakfast. There was no meat option. The hot food was just eggs from the box and biscuits and gravy. The rest was all unhealthy carbs. Some items in the rooms are very old and have stains on them, like chairs. We also had an unfortunate situation with a German cockroach on my son's bed. We got moved to a different room because of that. Pool and hot tub are awesome!

Property has a great pool area and gathering spot along with a really good breakfast. The staff and in particular Dean are wonderful and do a great job. The only knock I have against the hotel is the rooms need to be cleaned better the last few times I have stayed there the rooms have gotten musty, we had ceiling drywall on the floor as it did not appear the room had been vacuumed the amenities to the room are great but the rooms could use some updating we had a sliding glass window that you could not close unless you picked the sliding glass window up as the bottom runner on the frame was bent some guest had broken off a 2 foot section of the kitchen counter top and someone glued it back on. It is a good hotel but needs to have some attention when cleaning in the rooms and air them out more so they are not so musty
