Perfect mountain retreat

Although the property was a bit smaller than expected, the seclusion was great! High on the mountain, away from noise and lights of town. Due to fires near town the management office was without internet and power, but they never missed a beat. Provided updates via text message and check in was seamless.

Honey Bear Stay

Overall we were happy with our stay at Honey Bear Cabin. The property was clean and well maintained. It was a little older than we expected but that added to the charm. The hot tub jets could use some work and the heating situation could have been better. There were 2 space heaters in the master but we couldn't get either to work. Deer came right up to the cabin which was awesome, it was in a great location as well.

Honey Bear #2 was quite the surprise.

Honey Bear #2 was quite the surprise. It surpassed all expectations by a mile. And the journey up the mountain to the cabin was a real shocker. Had no idea I'd be winding up the mountain to a dead end to find our cabin near the highest points around. It was exactly what we needed to get away from it all. Cozy, relaxing, excited, with a smile on my face from the time we arrived and made our return to "real life". A must if I say so myself. Best booking and rental staff around.
