This is our 3rd year going to Ruidoso (adults only) for Presidents weekend. We have stayed in hotels in the past. This condo was in the perfect location, perfect size for what we needed, and everything we had hoped for! We will definitely plan on staying here next year!

Another Wonderful Vacation at Innsbrook

This is our second stay at this property at the Innsbrook. It did not disappoint once again! Beautiful views of the lake and golf course, which is literally just a short distance from the front porch! It’s so peaceful and tranquil and surrounded by the beautiful pines!!! Anyone who enjoys a little piece of God’s country will absolutely love this property!!

God’s Country

First let me say that Innsbrook is absolutely beautiful! Also, the condo was in a perfect location! Views of the little lake and waterfalls were so nice and were right out the front porch along with the golf course which was really pretty! The condo is really well kept and had everything we needed! I would highly recommend staying here! It’s a little piece of heaven! 😊

Roomy in Ruidoso

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, with a couple of exceptions. Got in a little late, checkin was alright, though we had to spend a few minutes turning on the water heater and heaters to get cozy. The night was good, plenty of room for everyone, though one of the beds was quite squeaky (queen bed). One of the reasons we book with VRBO is to cook while traveling, and this kitchen was not as well stocked as we would have liked it to be. When it came time for breakfast we found the coffee maker did not work and took several hours to produce only a couple of cups of coffee (we used bottled/filtered water as instructed). We also found that the pot holders were very grimy and seemed to not have been washed or replaced in some time. There were no dish towels in site, dried dishes with paper towels. Kitchen seemed unorganized and could use some resetting of tools, pots, dish racks,sponges, and pans to be more user friendly. On the morning on the day of our return home, several of us had to take cold showers, we suggest if you have a big group like ours some shower at night. More towels and soap on hand would also be helpful. Check out time was considerably early, and we did our best to get out of there in a timely manner. We felt intimidated by a man who sat outside of the condo and watched us pack our vehicles (we were out of there at 10:11). This was presumably "the cleaner." We felt very uncomfortable, and for over $800 for two nights a little grace would have been nice
