Bethel Thanksgiving 2024

Our home is being renovated so we picked this house, near our oldest son for a small Thanksgiving with family. It was awesome, everyone had a great time.

Really nice ski house, very close to Sunday River

We stayed here for a long weekend with two families of four. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house was well stocked with the basics (and more). We enjoyed the hot tub after some long days on the slopes. This place is in a great location, close to Sunday River and some great restaurants Hope to visit again next season.

Wonderful spot

We had a great stay over the thanksgiving holiday. It was a great layout for gathering and we had everything we needed to make dinner. There were two young children and the property was perfect for them with an open concept and a toy box. We had a wonderful time!

Most PERFECT Birthday Weekend!

Kim was truly the apotome of a perfect host. Kim checked in with me the day of our trip to let us know that the house had been turned over and we were welcome to check in early! She also gave us all of her local recommendations. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my 40th with friends and I arrived at the house to find the TV showing a Happy Birthday screen! She also left a sweet card, wine and a Boars Head cheese and meet platter. It went SO far above and beyond! She also checked in once during our stay and offered a later check out time because nobody was coming in right behind us! The house was beautiful, and the location was awesome. We hit the breweries during the day and came back and had a big dinner and relaxed. The hot tub was perfect! One of our best vacations to date. Highly recommend!

The house was nice and a good fit for our group. Couldn't get the gas stove lit but might have been operator error. The beds were a hit hard for our liking. Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay.

The perfect big house with an even bigger heart

Kim's large, spacious home was perfect for our crowd of 15+ little ones and old ones. The place was full of woodsy grace and deep comfort. We'll be back!

Flawless and loaded with activities, from nearby skiing at Sunday River to games and fun with kids throughout the house, the great bunk room for the four boys, to the hot tub!

Hooray for the Chalet

We just enjoyed the Bethel Chalet for the MLK weekend. We found the place had plenty of room and amenities to enjoy. Super easy ride to the mountain and good proximity to off mountain restaurants and grocery too.

We had 5-couples looking to rent a house.

We were looking for a house for 5-couples to ride motorcycles in Maine. The house was spacious and had all of the amenities needed. One room has bunk beds but we were able to make it work. It is a nice home and I am sure we will rent it again sometime.

Great location

The location was perfect for getting to the mountain. Had a dog barking next door, but not sure if they lived there or were visiting. The place was nice and definitely worth the price. The hot tub was a great size and there was plenty of lawn space for games. Only things I would change.... 1. There was 1 towel per person which isn't enough between showers and the hot tub. There is a washer and dryer but is easier to just bring extras 2. Both shower head needs to be replaced or fixed. There is little pressure and not a lot of water 3. That metal rig thing on the doorway to the deck took out more adult toes than I could count. Maybe there was a screen door as well but you can't see it, and it hurts to step on.

Clean and comfortable

Overall the house was clean, beautiful and there is an open concept in the home, which was great to enjoy tv and cook. There is no A/C down stairs ( ground floor) which was a bit warm but the nights passable. We opened the window at night just a bit, just to get a nice breeze. There is A/C on the top floor. which is great. my family and i had a great time! i would definitely rent again maybe next time in the winter.
