"I'd take my chances living on the street than ever staying here again. My mother had to beg for toilet paper and take that plus towels off the cart because they wouldn't give us any no matter how much we begged, yes I said beg. The random light switch that turns on a lamp, windows that need to be reinforced by my mother's cane, blankets that had cigarette holes that the worker claimed came from the washing machine (which we also had to ask for). Did I forget to mention that they rented out the rest of the rooms to knicks fans who proceeded to destroy their rooms (from the sounds of it), physically fought and running up,down the halls so I assume all they care about is money because the cops weren't called. Pictures online of hotel are as real as unicorns. Even heard another customer calling to get a refund from their credit card company. The injustices of this hotel are so massive that im sure if they were investigated, they would be shut down. Save your money, sanity and dignity and don't stay here."
