「The area around the place was dirty, ghetto, was a little nervous about staying. Then we went inside a very secured building, the unit was very nice, clean, beds were comfortable it had everything you needed for cooking, washing the dishes, microwave, mini fridge and air conditioner. It was actually pretty quiet so it just goes to show can’t judge a book by its cover. The distance to Downtown Philli was only about 17 miles. To get in was super easy I called and spoke with the owner super...

「very bad service.the hotel staff totally forget to give us receipt when we check out , after we back to back to Asia , we tried to phoned them many times but didn't get any document by far. even worse , the reception lady name-Kelly hung up the call , and not listening to our request and complain , i won't choose such hotel again !!!」

「It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.」

「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」

"This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers."
