"Tingum Village is my home away from home! So calming listening to the birds and roosters, relaxing in my beautiful room, and befriending the owner, Juanita, and her dedicated staff, Crystal, Lucy, and Mikey while enjoying meals and drinks in the friendly restaurant and bar areas. This is the only truly Bahamian hotel experience on Harbour Island and has been owned by the same family for decades! I’m not interested in corporate operated resorts, but prefer the warm welcome I receive every time I walk in the door during my stay! Lots of laughs and good conversation with everyone at Tingum! Miss you until next year!! "

"The pool furniture was in disrepair and everything at the resort looked like it was very old/falling apart. The upstairs bedroom was carpeted and the carpet is very old and smelly and musty. The bedding was very old and the furniture was also very worn/old. The supplies in the kitchen looked like they were found at a garage sale. For the very high price tag I would not stay there again unless the whole place got a refresh. "

"The kitchen was perfectly set up with everything you could need for cooking while on vacation. Tracey even has basics on hand so you can have an easy meal upon arrival…this was super handy as we arrived after stores had closed. The shops are about a 10 min golf cart ride away but I knew this heading in and put solitude as a priority over convenience. There is a cute little beach a 1 min golf cart ride away from the house. Was great for our kids to snorkel and kept them busy for many days. The house is super cute and has lots of space for a large family. We’re a family of 4 and we brought friends along and still left a room untouched. Very thoughtful and thorough host! Thanks Tracey!"

"We loved our stay at Sweet Bahama Blue! Everything was just perfect and just as portrayed in the listing! Beth was amazing with answering all our questions, arranging transportation from the airport, and reserving our golf carts. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed including fresh water, beds were comfortable, the view amazing, and the pool and paddle boards/kayaks were fun to use! Great location as well. We would definitely stay here again!"
