"Great house / lodge. Property was beautiful inside and out. A wonderful diversity of comfortable spaces to enjoy, all with fantastic views. Serene and fun environment. Hosted my family from all over the country for my son’s wedding and the post wedding brunch. It was perfect and the family memories made will always have a special place our hearts."

"The cabin is in excellent condition, everything works and our stay was memorable! If you don't like the sound right next to the waterfall, just step inside and close the door. Otherwise, I loved the sound, it was incredible!"

"Perfect location for a remote getaway! We really enjoyed the proximity to Lake Superior, the great hiking, and the incredible sunsets. The gazebo and kids' playroom were absolute lifesavers for our children, and the main living spaces, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all very clean. Since the property seems to sit empty at times, it just needs a little extra TLC between guests—the Keurig reservoir had some mildew, a few lightbulbs were burnt out, and the deck furniture was a bit too worn for us to use. With a few quick maintenance updates, this place would be perfect! Pro-tip for future guests: be sure to stock up on groceries before you arrive, as there is just one convenience store nearby in Michigamme. Note the pontoon is not in any condition to be used. Also note the host is incredibly responsive and accommodating, which we greatly appreciated."
