"The hotel itself was lovely, the facilities are great, the rooms adequate with very comfy beds. The buffet breakfast was also decent! The spa area was very well kept & we loved all the different kind of saunas/steam rooms they had. The local buses are a short walk away & take you to various points of the town. We had a bit of miscommunication with the receptionist after we we told we could use the spa early if our room wasn't ready over email, but arrived to be told a stern no. So instead we dropped our bags off & came back at 4pm. Which has already been relayed to the manager & would not stop us returning. The check in time is probably the only downside to the hotel to be honest, as it isn't near enough to the town center that you can walk it & as check out is 11am & seeing the rooms i fail to believe it takes 5hrs to clean the room....therefore check in should be a lot earlier or at least flexible."

"This hotel is such a gem! Situated in the wall of Tallinn’s Old Town, it’s ideally located to see all the charms of this wonderful place. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and offered all kinds of information about must-sees in the area. We were then escorted through the courtyard to our little cottage. The room was small, but cozy and such a comfy bed! And there’s a tub! I highly recommend this hotel and would be thrilled to stay here again. "

"The palace hotel was spot on for great city break.The hotel was very clean with a great pool area which includes steam room sauna jacuzzi .Breakfast was good and cafe excellent.The staff were first class.Will stay again "

"Staff were great, room was wonderful, hotel is very classy. We had an issue with noisy neighbours at night (not the fault of the hotel). Once informed the staff resolved this very efficiently. "

"The breakfast has variety options, food is fresh and tasty. The rooms are clean and the hotel is too. Check-in/out is easy and quick. One inconvenience is one towel per person: for face, hands and body. I would appreciate extra towel for hands."
