Eventually another guest let us in and helped us communicating with a woman who was described as "the owner". Even though we paid for the stay via Hotels she had no clue whatsoever that we had a booking and that it was pre paid. The room was ok, but the pillows and bed minnen were smelly nd not really clean. 「Obwohl die Lage nicht sehr zentral ist sind wir mit dem Hotel ,das Essen und Weness shr zufrieden .Ich wüsste nicht was man verbesern könnte」

「Excellent on all points except that there is no shutter. As a result it was impossible to sleep after 5h30 am.」

「Bad experience: water out of the WC with a bad pee smell. No restaurant available for dinner and we were not anounced it. No courtesy on the desk girl; not kind or pleasant.」
