The lodge could have done with more coat hangers and kitchen cutlery but apart from that was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have more car parking spaces for a lodge for 6 people but there was always space in the main car park.

We had a lovely time, the Lodge was incredible, staff very friendly, beautiful grounds, and was so relaxing! we had one small issue but was very quickly resolved and no fault of anyone at all - our hot tub had some technical issues and went cold, the jets kept falling off (just so you are aware and maybe get them checked) however a very polite member of staff drained, refilled, apologised profusely and explained everything he had done and changed, which we really appreciated ! I feel awful as I forgot his name but he had a black wolly hat on with tattoos, he was very kind and reassured us that nothing was too much trouble he was happy to help us! (Honestly we really didn't want to complain/inform about a small glitch either but it was our last night so wanted to make the most of the amazing facilities!) We will definitely be returning 100 % and this time for 7 days! See you next year 😀 and thank you for your hospitality!Kind regards Kara

a few cusions would have been nice. The dishwasher needs a cleaning tablet used in it. A floor mop would be a good thing.
