Master Bedroom – Features a luxurious king-sized bed and a wardrobe for ample storage.
Bedroom 2 & 3 – Each room has two single beds and a small wardrobe, ideal for kids or extra guests.
Lounge – A double sofa bed provides additional sleeping space.
Bathrooms:
Main Bathroom – Includes a shower, sink, and toilet for your convenience.
Additional WC – A separate toilet and sink add extra practicality for larger groups.
Living & Kitchen Space:
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, and kettle, making self-catering a breeze.

CHECK IN
Our contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times.
Our standard check in time is 4pm
Our standard check out time is 10am
Note: We do not allow checkouts on Saturdays.
We can offer (dependent on availability) early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply, please ask for relevant charges.

One day before arrival the damage deposit fee of £150 will be held from your card, as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. Please note a £25 pet fee is charged per pet, and any cancellations will be charged a £55 admin fee.
