"Everything was great like all APA hotels. A strange policy of the hotel is they message you the day before saying you have to advise of the time you are getting there and if either you don’t reply or show up 2 hours outside of that time they will cancel your reservation? Not even sure how they do that as then Expedia will still charge for a no show. I see that as a liability as sometimes you aren’t able to check your email or messages while traveling. Everything else was great."

"This hotel is SO BEAUTIFUL! I wish I had booked it for several days longer. Narita area is very cute! The little shop in the hotel is fantastic… Filled with yummy, healthy foods and souvenirs. The free shuttle is incredibly convenient and goes to the airport, a train station, and a shopping mall… So many options! The staff are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is delightful. And THE GARDEN! OH, THE GARDEN! It is so beautiful, tranquil, and lovely. The koi fish are sweet and like to see people, and they are very pretty. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and look forward to returning for the night before our departure from Japan. The beds are comfortable. My ONLY criticism is the pillows… The soft one is lumpy and the firm one is too thick. Plus they are small (square, not rectangle). But everything else was amazing."
