"This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are outstanding. Pretty convenient and walkable to many train stations. We loved the breakfasts, the nightime ramen, all-day matcha lattes, popsicles/ice cream, massage chairs, and on-site onsen! Staff is very helpful and welcoming. Very easy for non Japanese speaking travelers and great for families with children."

"Wonderful staff and location, large rooms and bathroom. Only odd aspect is no dinner or bar service ( even though a beautiful bar in the dining room). Need thicker towels too, but glad we stayed."
