Seuls bémols : - Une légère fuite au niveau des toilettes du logement refoulant une odeur d'eaux usées - Des petits déjeuners que nous aurions aimé plus "marocains" - dans le pays du thé à la menthe ! Le reste était impeccable et conforme à la description.”

“I only stayed for one night and did not spend much time at the hotel. It was clean. Bed was a bit hard. No conditioner in shower and no hairdryer. Asked at reception and the hairdryer was already in another room. There are only six rooms. The front desk had no change for payment. They were helpful with transport arrangement to airport. Location was ok. ”

“The apartment was clean and quiet. Check-in was easy as there is a desk manned at all hours. The location is close to Gueliz but a distance from the medina. Amenities were lacking. Minimal pieces of furniture. Few cooking pieces and utensils. No dishwashing soap, sponge or towel in the kitchen. The bathroom sink leaked water.”

“Hotel was nice clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was all AMAZING especially Fatima she did my welcome meeting and helped in finding the best excursions and tours.The hotel spa was also AMAZING did my first hammam massage and it was great, had an amazing experience. The food was ok, being in morocco i really wanted that authentic Moroccan cooking but unfortunately the hotel was more mordern in the foods. After 2 nights and the food was the same i ate dinner out the rest of the time.……

“Apartment has a nice decoration, the room clean and big too , Airco/heater work perfectly. The apartment has 2 bedroom, with complete Kitchen utilities, only they dont provided Soap/shampoo.Location close to big supermarket ( Marjane ) , you can use Bus 12 from airport to Marjane, and the bus also stop to koutoubia / Jemaa el-Fnaa.”

“Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait au Ryad Ysalis. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Les hôtes sont d’une grande gentillesse et très accueillants ce qui nous a immédiatement mis en confiance et rassurés. Le petit déjeuner, varié et délicieux, nous a permis de bien commencer nos journées. Tout l’équipement du ryad est parfaitement fonctionnel et de grande qualité. Nous avons particulièrement……

“The staff were rude and not helpful at all. Our kids were not allowed to use the pool, and we later heard from a staff member that the pool does not even belong to the hotel. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.”
