“Fuyez, fuyez et fuyez. Trés mal entretenu, tout est délabré. 2 piscines laissées à l'abandon , tout est sale et délabré. Cest dommage car on voit bien que l'endroit est beau seulement pas du tout entretenu. Le personnel fait ce qu'il peut avec les moyens qu'ils ont, sauf un des receptionnistes qui était trop intrusif. Je suis très décue de mon séjour et j'ai le sentiment de m'être fait voler. Bref”

“Un lieu rare, où l’on se sent accueilli avec une attention vraiment personnalisée, presque sur-mesure. Le service est digne d’un hôtel de grand standing, tout en gardant la chaleur, la finesse et la discrétion d’une maison confidentielle. Chaque détail semble pensé pour que le séjour soit fluide, agréable et reposant : l’accueil, la disponibilité du personnel, la qualité des espaces, l’ambiance générale… tout donne envie de revenir. “If you dont have a car, dont stay here! its easily 20 mins to get anywhere and taxis are expensive even if you haggle. the rooms dont look exactly like pictures on Expedia but the property is beautiful and I am grateful they were able to help me alter my booking without any fuss. ”

“The staff happily arranged airport shuttles to and from the Riad, and were helpful throughout our stay. A few things to note… although the Riad lists 2 Reataurants, we were advised on arrival before midday, that the chef had left early. We were directed to some restaurants within 5 minutes easy walk and found ly one was open during our week long stay, however, there are a great selection of other restaurants in the same area, so this was in the end not a problem and offered more variety. “We spent a week here as a family of five (kids ages 7.14 and 17) and unfortunately would not return. Despite advertising 15 pools, there is nowhere to escape the constant noise. Loud music, water aerobics and entertainment play throughout the day, right up until 11pm and can be heard across much of the resort. Even the water park has music blasting all day. If you want a peaceful holiday, this is not the place. Our biggest issue was cleanliness. On arrival our room had clearly not been cleaned……

“Loved the decor and the rooftop room. I certainly enjoyed the hammock snd the in-room coffee maker. The owner and staff were very helpful. The location was very convenient for restaurants, visiting sites and the train station. I would stay here again.”

“A lovely stay and everything we needed. Bit of an unpleasant first impression with security guard deciding whether he would let us in - travelling with my 16 year old and had confirmation that he was welcome but that information apparently never reached the gate. Main Property is beautiful but there is large parts of the hotel grounds which seems to be a building site/abandoned. I see now why they offer to drive you to gym/spa/indoor pool area! “Tres jolie et reposant, seul bémol que je mettrais c est le petit dejeuner pain confiture boisson, il manque du salé. La restauration tout est bon ! J etais dans les cabanon tente, tres bien hors saison car en haute saison je pense qu'on ettouferai , il y a quand meme un ventilateur mais sous 40degres voir plus ca ne suffirai pas. Jai passé une super semaine detente. Piscine incroyable Je recommande meme si c est loin du centre le taxi n est pas chère donc tres rentable et mieux que d etre dans……
