“Room was very clean and staff friendly the bathtub faucet was loose but functional”

“Traveling through for the night and stay was okay. Handicap accessible room would be better with having a walk in shower vs having to climb over the tub. Breakfast was limited, beds were hard, ice maker didn't work, fridge door didn't open properly. Otherwise, location was great, right off the freeway, room was quiet.”

“All around a terrible experience Upon arrival the assistant manager checked us in and didn’t care to get off of a personal phone call while doing so We were here for an event so prices were high everywhere but we spent $190 a night for the room The A/C unit was extremely loud all night long and never got the room very cool, the tub for the shower wouldn’t drain, and the room needed a better cleaning job The next two days while we were at our event there was no “do not disturb” sign in our room,……

“The property was under renovation & smelled like it. The toilet had not been cleaned and had something brown on the inside. The tub was missing the body wash container. The TV channel pixelated. But the worst was the guests who checked in the room beside me and accross from me were together and were back and forth and loud and stomping around until 3 am!”

“Lynn, the desk person was wonderful and helpful, especially when the first door room key didn't work nor the tv remote. The breakfast that I found was the waffle, usual white bread/bagel and the usual blueberry muffin. The property is old and needs updating. ”

“I’ve stayed here before so know the hotel pretty well. The pool was closed for maintenance, which I can’t fault them or the site for, and even though it was one of the main reasons for picking this hotel it didn’t make much difference to our trip. The hotel still has the old name on the sign, which threw me for a moment, but the picture is the same. The rooms need a little bit of work but for what we needed it was good.”
