"Very beautiful small boutique hotel, with very friendly staff. The hotel is very clean. The cleaning staff are always cleaning and they do an exceptional job. The hotel staff always greet you and remember your name. Which adds a very personal touch. No matter how long you are staying at the hotel they will treat you like a VIP. "The location is about 20 minutes walk to everything, but it’s right next to the lake. It has a beautiful view and breakfast is very good. Personally, I like the gym, the cardio workout room, the sauna, steam and jacuzzi tub. The location is nearby some fun and good eats both Vietnamese and non-Vietnamese foods. The staff is helpful and the place is well keep and clean. The hotel is a bit on the older side but the prices are good."

"What a lovely hotel. Excellent rooms, well positioned in the Old Quarter, near lots of great restaurants and walking is very safe. The lake is a short distance away. The superb staff is always welcoming, friendly and happy! This was the perfect base camp for our almost 2 week exploration of northern Vietnam. The staff reached out to us and coordinated our arrival, helped with airport transfers too! Every side trip we did the hotel kept our large bags safe, welcomed us with drinks and fresh towels. The travel staff helped us plan and get to various sites in Hanoi. We used grab - it was perfect! Oh the breakfast! Best we have had anywhere hands down! The roof top bar is a must and has a great happy hour! While we didn’t use the spa, others said it was great as well. I strongly recommend this lovely hotel for any of your travel in Hanoi! Thank you for a great experience! Thank you Chloe and Victor and all the staff! It was our total pleasure to meet all of you!!!"

"This hotel is a true five stars as pr the international standards. I really was impress by the impeccable quality of all the spaces that i used, the Italian dinner was also top quality. The pool is world class, the only negative comment goes to some staff who are just starting and either they want to do to much or example put one once pf one for a glass. Hopefully this was resolved after i complained. Besides the staff who need more experience, this hotel impressed us and we will go back …"
