“I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff.”

“The time for checking in and checking out took too long. There was no specific passage for waiting in line. Although there are two to three receptionists, I had waited in one line while the other three hotel guests had checked in right next me. Same thing happened when I checked out the room.”

“我這次是入住商務套房，房間非常寬敞且乾淨，兒童室內遊戲間我家小孩特別愛（但空調蠻冷的）。 泳池不太，在室外，我入住時剛好是陰天，所以水是涼的，但還算乾淨。 美中不足的地方是飯店電梯，只有三台且不大，遇到尖峰的退房時間，電梯確實是要等很久。”

“Great value for money through Expedia. Staff is excellent - respectful and polite. Room is nice, clean, and spacious! Clean crisp towels in the bathroom. Massage service is awesome. Neighbourhood outside the property may not be for everyone but is overall safe. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, and even malls in walking distance. ”

“Bereits der 2. Aufenthalt in diesem liebevollen Hotel. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer(Suite) sehr geräumig mit kleiner Küche, großem Bad, einer Couchecke und in meinem Fall mit einer großen Terrasse, auf der ich auch eine Abschiedsparty mit Verwandten und Freunden abhalten konnte. Das Personal hat dies auch mit Bereitstellung von Besteck und Geschirr/Gläsern unterstützt. Das Internet ist zeitweise nicht sehr schnell, insbesondere am Nachmittag und frühen Abend, ist aber……
