“It was a terrible experience. They are doing renovations so the place doesn’t even look like it’s open. We got our room keys but our room had no A/C. They switched our rooms but said the new room has no TV. Wow. Not to mention low water pressure. They offered us a discount so we took the new room. Another thing is that they had no bar or ice machine. You had to go to the front desk for ice. But another bad thing is that they only have one way to go to your room when you exit the elevator. “I almost never write any reviews but the night we stayed here was not satisfied at all. I chose this one because the great review even with the higher price , I decided to give it a try. The unit is not as clean, including the bathroom counter had stains on it. Pillow case has stain on it I had to call for a replacement. Mattress is way too soft. Free wine is nice but with the price we paid, didn’t seem to worth it. Also it was so loud as the the wall way too thin, I can hear next door……

“We come to Santa Maria often and try new hotels/motels in the area to see which offer the best value. We were pleasantly surprised with the room we received. Clean, neat, and everything worked. Housekeeping came daily, and the location was near so many things. There's even a nice Mexican restaurant right next to the motel. The only complaints we had was the limited parking during our stay and the water pressure for the shower. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Kudos to the young……

“When I arrived, she took a picture of my ID and my credit card her tablet never never has that ever happened and I have stayed in many places. Then I asked her if she was gonna delete it she said No . I’m a little worried about my information now. The rooms were beautiful like they just remodeled them, but then I woke up to the water being drained from upstairs in the walls early in the morning from upstairs customers taking showers. For 30 minutes and beyond. I had my experience. I’ll never……

“My daughter said it was the best hotel she has stayed at. One thing that can improve is breakfast. It was a busy Memorial weekend but staff was not prepared. Plates weren’t available”

“The bed was extremely noisy—every time I moved or turned, it made loud sounds, making it impossible to sleep. The air conditioner was placed right next to the bed and blew directly onto my lower back, causing significant discomfort throughout the night. Additionally, even basic items like the orange juice at breakfast were extremely diluted and tasted like water. Overall, the experience was very poor and uncomfortable.”

“I booked a king, maybe queen size bed room, but when I checked in, it's 2 single beds room, and the room is too small. The front desk didn't tell me anything about this when I checked in. That's too bad!!!”
