Casa Verde - outstanding villa

This property is amazing, 3 huge rooms, each with a large en-suite and aircon, plus 2 further bathrooms downstairs. The kitchen is very big with a large American fridge freezer, coffee machines etc and all the appliances you will need. But the best part is the outdoor pool & BBQ area. The pool is fantastic, fresh water and very big. No neighbours around, so peaceful and tranquil away from crowds and noisy towns. The BBQ area is a great place to cook in the evening and watch the sun go down behind the mountains. There is a large veranda of the back of the house where you can enjoy outdoor dining, with ceiling fans to keep you cool. The stargazing at night is unbelievable, as there is no light pollution. The closest shops are in Sa Pobla just 3km away, with the nearest beaches about 12km away. From this villa you have easy access to Pollenca, Alcudia, Muro and all the great beaches to the south east. Palma is about 35min drive away. The host, Eva Marie was very welcoming, and gave us some good information about the local area. I really cannot speak highly enough, this is an amazing place to relax with the family. Honestly, Casa Verde will not disappoint. Outstanding! Thank you!

Green oasis for a perfect holiday

We (two friended families) all are so happy to have found this property! Never stayed in such a finca with this high standard. The photos in the internet presence can´t catch the beauty as it is! Everything is in very good condition, clean and even the children and teens found space and playground with the tabletennis, big pool and the water polo goals. You can sit/lay in the sun or find penumbra and shade. The seatings are different and confortable. The surrounding area is rural and quiet, the next supermarket is reachable in a fiew minutes by car. The American fridge and the kitchen equipment is perfect. Eva was a super property manager. She was everytime reachable, friendly, found a solution for everything and gave us great tips for places to go out for dinner e.g. .. We will come back for sure!! Thank you so much for this amazing week!

Family Holiday

Great villa, loads of room for all the family to spread out, enjoy time together or do their own thing. Pool area was fab and older kids enjoyed the night lighting in pool area so they could have midnight swims. July stay so pool heating wasn’t required and pool temp was lovely. Lovely big kitchen and great BBQ area. Bedrooms fine for us and everyone having their own en-suite was lovely. Eva responded to my single query within an hour with the answer. We couldn’t get the TV off the previous German residents Netflix account but as we didn’t use it much, this wasn’t a problem to us. Coming through the farm buildings especially in the dark was a little hair raising as we had a SUV and a certain section was extremely tight for our vehicle but if u are careful driver then not a problem but once you are through the villas gate then you are in your own little world, very private, quiet and secluded which is just what we were after. If you want to be right in the middle of a beach location with its hustle and bustle then it’s a half hour drive but we were after peace and relaxation, away from the world and our hectic work life and this villa was perfect. Note from the kids - 18 to 21 - Wi-Fi was absolutely fine! Would we go back, definitely.

Wonderful holiday in October

Wir hatten einen sehr erholen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie mit viel Sonnenschein in der wunderschönen Finca. Sie liegt etwas abseits, aber sobald man sie erreicht hat, ist man in einer Oase! Alles sehr gepflegt und idyllisch! Der Pool ist beheizt (bei etwa 23 Grad), der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und es gibt zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Relaxen. Auch innen ist die Finca gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Das Geschirr könnte erneuert werden, es ist aber von allem genügend vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic villa for leisure and remote working

Villa Verde we will be seeing you again! Thank you to Eva the host that answered all our questions. She was only a phone call away when we needed her. We had a fantastic holiday! The lane to the villa is an agricultural lane, but once you enter you arrive in a fully equipped paradise The weather unfortunately was not the best, but we still had a great holiday due to the pool heating that made it possible to still swim. The A/C worked great for heating and for the cool air for when we needed it. (Which was not often). The WIFI worked fantastic for those that still had to work and never failed us, whilst the rest of us went out and enjoyed ourselves on our bikes. The bike routes were easy to get to and we had bikes delivered. Thanks again Eva for organising ; the villa was very central so we could go to many different parts of the island. In the evening we especially enjoyed the BBQ and sitting by the pool even went it rained due to having the covered terrace. The cooler nights we were still being able to swim because of the pool heating. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space. The house was very clean when we arrived and we passed the cleaners when we were leaving, they were lovely and seemed to be following the covid regulations because they were all wearing masks and seemed to be carrying many different products to clean with. See you next year and thanks for having us!
