“Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved. Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. Especially the younger staff could benefit from hospitality trainings. The breakfast has such a highlight. Dinner was also great, but not too many options. Also please do maintenance on your bikes, we had……

However, for the stay and play programme, the sessions run from 12:30 - 14:30 every day. After washing and lunch, you’re left only several hours to explore the other parts of the island. “The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”

Ce qui fait que les chambres situées non loin de la rue peuvent être parfois bruyante. À part cela, et ça ne nous a pas énormément dérangé pendant le séjour, rien à redire. Parfait pour les familles et on arrive même à être au calme au bord de la piscine. Service exceptionnel. ”
