Greit hotell. veldig god service fra de som jobbet
Hadde bestillt oppgradert rom. Regnet med at vi da fikk rom med balkong. Det gjorde vi ikke. Hotellet fikk ordnet så vi fikk rom med balkong, etter første natta. Savnet utstyr til å lage kaffe på rommet (som jeg synes det skal være siden det er superior rom). Frokosten var sååå der. Savnet omelett blandt annet, og juicen hadde de vannet veldig mye ut :(. Likte veldig godt sauna området med utebasseng

Varasin superior huoneen, jossa piti olla vuoristonäköala, untuvavuodevaatteet, WiFi, minibaari ja King size-vuode. Oli toivomus allergiahuoneesta. Saamani huone oli pimeä, pohjoispuolella 1. kerroksessa rappukäytävän vieressä. Joka yö muiden asukkaiden mölinää. Huoneen näköala pihan puolella vastapäisiin taloihin (wood side). Heti parvekkeen alapuolella hotellin roskikset, tavaranvastaanotto ja henkilökunnan tupakointipaikka, josta hajua ja meteliä. Parvekeella kasa tupakanstumppeja. Huoneessa pölyinen kiviseinä. Kalustus kuin kierrätyskeskuksesta. Vuode nariseva puulaatikko, jossa terävät viimeistelemättömät reunat, ei untuvia. Sohva, jolla vaikea istua. Yksi ainoa tuoli, joka liitoksistaan irti. Huomautuksesta uusi tuoli, joka sekin hajalla. Kaksi yövaloa, joissa 24 W lamput ja jalkalamppu, jossa kaksi 27 W lamppua, joista toinen rikki. Huone niin pimeä, ettei nähnyt lukea. WiFi ei huoneessa toiminut. Ruoka hyvää. Sauna ja ulkouima-allas hyvä. Keskeinen sijainti rinnehisseihin. Kuitenkin huone ala-arvoinen. Sanottiin ettei muuta lautalattiahuonetta olisi. Ei sen vuoksi voi laskea superior-huoneen tasoa. Nyt kallis "inferior-huone". En suosittele hotellia kenellekään.

Erg vriendelijk personeel, hotel kan beter
Zeer behulpzaam personeel. De ober onthield bijv. keurig welk drankje we dronken voor de volgende avond, en de receptie belde met de parkeergarage zodat we alsnog een parkeerkaart konden krijgen. Het eten bij half-pensioen is prima, maar niet heel bijzonder (er is een saladebuffet en soep en je hebt de keuze uit twee hoofdgerechten).
De kamer is wat basic, zeker voor een 4-sterren hotel: geen spiegel in de kamer (alleen in de badkamer). TV stond op een onhandige plek (op kast naast het hoofdkussen van het bed in plaats van aan het voeteneinde). De badkamer is aan de kleine kant.
Voor wie met de auto komt: er is uitsluitend betaald parkeren in en rondom Saalbach. Er is een uitstekende parkeergarage direct achter het hotel (kost zo'n 7 euro per dag bij een meerdagenkaart)
Het hotel ligt zeer centraal: er is genoeg te doen bij mooi weer: uiteraard wintersport, zomers: wandelen, mountainbiken. Zell am See ligt op een half uur rijden (er gaat 2 half uur een bus)

Very nice hotel
We had a lovely stay, enjoyed the complimentary afternoon and evening drinks, the pool and the most delicious dinner and breakfast. They surely treat you well. Nice and clean overall.
